Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of Heybudo, including your provisioned AI agent cloud server and subdomain, and all other Heybudo services. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Heybudo or your provisioned agent server to:

• Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law;
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame any person or group;
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing;
• Perform cryptocurrency mining;
• Engage in excessive resource abuse or otherwise disrupt shared Heybudo infrastructure;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• Generate or distribute content that violates applicable law.

3. Security Violations

You may not attempt to circumvent Heybudo's security controls, interfere with the proper functioning of the service, or access accounts, systems, or data belonging to other users without authorization.

4. Enforcement

Heybudo may suspend or terminate your account or provisioned agent server, without prior notice, if we determine in good faith that you have violated this AUP.

5. Reporting

If you suspect abuse of the Heybudo service, please report it to support@heybudo.ai.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
