Heybudo ("Heybudo," "we," "us," or "our") provides a $29/mo subscription service that provisions each subscriber a personal AI agent cloud server. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you register with a password, a bcrypt-hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google OAuth profile information.
• Billing data: processed and stored by Stripe. Heybudo does not store your full payment card number.
• Provisioning & server metadata: including your chosen subdomain and server configuration.
• Content and files: data you store on or generate through your provisioned agent server, including files stored in Cloudflare R2.
• Usage & analytics data: collected via Google Analytics.
• Technical data: such as IP address and device/browser information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, provision, and maintain your agent server and the Heybudo service;
• Process billing and manage your subscription;
• Maintain the security of accounts and infrastructure;
• Provide customer support;
• Understand product usage and improve the service through analytics;
• Comply with legal obligations.

Heybudo uses the following cookies:

• JWT authentication cookie: an essential, httpOnly cookie that keeps you signed in and authenticates your requests. This cookie is required for the service to function and cannot be disabled without logging you out.
• Google Analytics cookies: set via gtag (measurement ID G-JPSMMN8SJP) to measure product usage and analytics.

You can control non-essential cookies, including Google Analytics cookies, through your browser settings.

We retain your account and provisioning data for as long as your account remains active. After you delete your account or provisioned server, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, billing, or security purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including bcrypt-hashed passwords, encryption of data in transit, and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in the United States or the European Union, depending on the hosting region selected for your provisioned server and the location of our subprocessors.
